With the arrival of the first snow, some of us might be challenged to abide by the City’s bylaw pertaining to snow removal in a timely fashion.

A dozen or so Community Associations in the City are recipients of a Snow Angel grant meant to match the special needs of residents with the services of volunteers to clear sidewalks and driveways.

If you are unable to deal with snow removal on your property, contact your local community association to see if they offer the Snow Angels Program and if you qualify. On the other hand, if you are healthy, able and willing to volunteer as a snow angel, please contact your association to offer your services- it takes a community to make a community!
